Last weekend out in Northern California, a few friends went out and ran the 50K race out here and kicked butt finishing amongst others 2nd and 5th overall, and 18th overall female! That same day North Face had the 50mile championship. It was arguably one of the most talented groups of competitors ever assembled for a 50mile race. Visit irunfar.com to read all about it.

Thnx Mike it was definitely an interesting day with its ups and downs... Next year perhaps I will run the 50M. Measuring up against the giants:)
