I'm so out of shape. Went out for a flat run today. Half with Karma.
I mapped it out.
6 miles in 50 minutes which means 8:20 pace avg.
I thought I was gonna die.
Last 2 miles were at about 10 mile pace.
See!!!
Fat, slow and out of shape!
But I didn't feel a bit old.
It was kind of fun to run amongst people... three people I know ran right by me like i was standing still.
The problem area didn't cause a problem.
Sunday I ran 85 mins on trails without a problem.
By no means am I healed though.

Nothing wrong with ten minute miles, I do most of my training slower than that.
