Running update

My physical therapist still won't let me start running, but next time I get to run on a treadmill for 5-10mins, wearing a harness that takes 50% of my weight off my legs.
So exciting!

If you had an elite Nike Oregon Project sponsorship like me, you could use the anti-gravity treadmill instead of that ghetto setup.
