It's a cut-off low and anytime we get one of those over northern Mexico, it's on like Donkey Kong. The closer it gets to centex, the more moisture it will pull out of the gulf like a huge conveyor belt. Just hope the western counties get hammered enough to help fill up the highland lakes.
