Ran a couple 25 min runs in Europe, then then two 35 min runs last week. This weekend I ran 40 but felt like crap due to terrible nutrition, and horseflies were EVERYWHERE.
This morning was much better with 45 min run on the trails. No pain.
Off to Chicago for 5 days tomorrow for the Lollapalooza music festival an a couple work meetings.
Won't get much running in, but since it's a mile between the two end stages, I'm pretty sure I'll be walking a minimum of 6-8 miles every day.
