BVMRW

A few weeks ago, Austin celebrated the 78th Annual Kite Festival.
I have never been successful flying a kite, so Marla bought me a kite for my birthday last year.
It was time to go fly it. The weather was a little overcast, but the wind was steady, and hundreds, if not thousands of kites flew in the air. It was pretty fun, and I was able to get my Black Vampire with Mencaing Red Wings in the air.
We stuck around for a couple of hours, ate Kettle Popcorn, Corn on the cob, turkey legs, and lemonade. We watched some pros fly their kites to music, and then I flew my own out there amongst the hundreds of others.
All was good until kite fliers who didn't pay attention decided to tangle their kite with mine...

But Black Vampire with Menacing Red Wings would fly again until we decided that it was tim to go home and get a nap in before dinner.
