A near perfect weekday Lunch
Only few things rival Bert's BBQ's To-Man for lunch. (adding Fritos to a T-man turns it into a To-Man)
I get it this way: Sausage, Turkey (substitute the Brisket for Turkey), Beans, add Fritos, add Cheese. (Cheese didn’t make the picture.)
For 644 pennies you get a whole plate of goodness, and two pieces of bread to clean out the very last bbq sauce in the bowl. Recycle the water bottle you used in the morning, by refilling it from the company Ozarka Filtered water, and you’re home free. Very important: Although I strongly prefer Melinda's Hot Sauce in almost any case, grab a Cholula hot sauce packet and mix it in.
[Melinda’s is only available at Central Market and Whole Foods. Mix it into your ranch for your pizza, and you’re in heaven. Guaranteed.]
Of course, once you eat that and run 8 miles, you need to grab your favorite sleeping pill (in this case, Jellybean, the cat), and take a 20 min nap before you head down to Sears Auto Center to get your car’s battery changed as it’s dead, and you’ve had to jump start your car 3 times over the weekend. Naps rock, but I still needed my Red Bull for the afternoon session at work.

I love me a 'To-Man. I usually stick to brisket but always wondered why they don't add cheese...will have to try the hot sauce addition. Shit I might get a 'To-Man To-Day!
Without Cholula, it's almost not worth eating it. Believe me, I've had it both ways.
And you oughta just give the Turkey bird a try some time.
Did you go today?
