Quite possibly the best ever...

I’ve been slacking on a few things lately. Most importantly, it’s been the grocery store outings. I depseratley need to go to the grocery store and get several essentials like Shaving cream, and toothpaste, and milk. But I can still squeeze some toothpaste out, and conditioner does work quite well as shaving cream.
Another thing I lack is breakfasts. I’m usually impartial to a breakfast that entails a Nouriche. Having grown up in Mexico and France, I grew up with Yoghurts, and I like them. Nouriche is a drinkable one, and it contains 55grams of Carbs, and 11 grams of Protein, so the perfect meal to get me underway in the mornings. Last time I went to store, I bought 13 of them. I haven’t had one for breakfast in over a week.
Last night I had my quality workout, and I was starving this morning. I stopped at the new Panera Bread by my office to get something to tide me over till I devour a Freebirds Burrito at 11am.

My favorite bread/pastry is the Bear Claw. I love Bear Claws and have eaten more in my lifetime, than probably all the people who read this post combined. Probably 2X of you three people that read this. I can tell you where they are good and where they are bad. For example, HEB sells a decent one, but it depends what HEB. It is a tad on the cheapish side, and it’s not made with much love. Randall’s hardly ever has Bear Claws… etc. Anyway, I’d never stepped foot in a Panera to break my fasting, so I was happy to see a Almond Paste filled pastry with icing goodness on the display.
“One Bear Claw, please” I said in my most polite voice, got my bear claw, they swiped my card, and I’m back on the road for the remaining few hundred yards.

I’m now sitting here at work, with no access to the outside world, our internet is down enjoying, quite possibly, the best Bear Claw ever made. These guys aren’t kidding around either. Not only do they put it in a brown little bag like most other place would, but they put a napkin in the bag and a fork and knife. It is so good, I felt compelled to break my blog posting drought just to let you in on my discovery. Holy s**t it’s so good, I’m about to fall off my chair.

Guess what I’m having for breakfast tomorrow? Any guesses?

I don't think I've ever eaten a bear claw, so you beat 2x the ones I've ever eaten right there

- wouldn't that make it infinity more times?
- why on earth have you with held this long? get your ass to panera breads and buy a Bear Claw within the next 7 days.

I guess you are going to eat a potato-egg and cheese breakfast taco tomorrow. Am I right?

I too have at times enjoyed a good bear claw. The best one ever was when The Colonel and I were stranded in the Yukon. He killed a giant grizzly with a toothbrush. Aftwards we both partook of the claws. They were delecious and so much better than entering into a death match to determine which one of us would eat the other. Good times.
