It's 5:06am. I need to be out the door in 8 minutes to get to my workout, but i'm not feeling it today.
In fact, yesteray, i ran only 5 instead of 10 because I was tired.
My nose is clogged and i can feel and itch in my throat when I swallow.
Not good signs, and I probably shouldn't deplete my body of all energy, but I have to go run ruth's ladder, so here I go.
