Run Log - Week of Nov 11

I was supposed to have run over 60 miles this week, but I guess a 49 mile week with a concussion in the middle of it ain't too shabby.

I can't even begin to tell you how injured I would be if I ran 49 miles in a week. Very impressive, Mike!
