“Soy un idiota” is Spanish for “I am an idiota.”
My idiotness continues…
Yesterday I totally fell for an April Fool's day story a friend (Mark) wrote about how the Arizona Ironman had been postponed by one week, due to some issue with American Indians and their celebrations on the same roads used for the bike course.
Then this morning I totally fell for Brownie’s post where he linked to this story about Helmets being proposed as a law for running races. Here’s that article.
What is happening to me? I’ve never been this gullible. At least not until last year when they took the word gullible out of the dictionary as it was the only word in it that had two L’s preceeding an I, and it messed up the rules of the English language. That was the stupidest thing I’d ever read, and I totally thought it was a joke, especially with all the funky spelling rules that already exist, but it somehow turned out to be true.

Dude, it got me too, and I rarely fall for stuff like that. The only thing I was happy about was the fact that it was only gonna mess with races over 500 people, which I rarely do.
I heard they DQ'd people at AT&T this year for headphones. On a closed course. So the helmet law can't be far behind...
I totally fell for Mark's IMAZ postponement too!
I fell for it too.
Also fell for this one. Interesting that all the triathletes mentioned were from Austin.
