I think I tweaked my back sitting awkwardly on my couch yesterday, and it was no better this morning. I gave running my 14 mile steady state a shot, but it was pretty clear about 5 minutes in that today was a no go. I guess today's my day off and Sunday is back on.
Distance today: 1 mile.
Nothing to worry about, just a little tweak. We'll try again tomorrow.
Back to dreamland for me!

Thank you for the uplifting post Wiley! I knew you didn't possess real super powers but I was beginning to wonder when you might show some human weakness. Rest the back and hit it again tomorrow:-)
You have a couch injury?
That's right. My back tends to tighten up on me a few times a year due to falling asleep/sleeping in a weird position on my couch or bed.
Quite common amongst us Elite Athletes/Nappers.
Call it my Kryptonite.
TimH and I have both suffered from a couch injury (although we weren't together & it wasn't at the same time).
Mine was due to SI joint issue that required PT and over a month of pain in 2004. I believe TimH has finally overcome his issue, as well. Now that I think about it, didn't TimH fall asleep at work??
