Lou Neff Point! Pretty crazy how sparse the Austin Skyline was back then! When? According to the history page, some time around 1971!
And look how small all the trees that are now provide us all the shade are over by the little peninsula by South First and Cesar Chavez!!!
Here's a recent picture of those same trees, taken from the edge of that peninsula. (you can see the little bridge)
