Some people think it's fun/interesting to smell your pee after eating asparagus. In fact, I once researched why, and came up with nothing. Just a bunch of scientists with different ideas on why. Kind of like, "why do people yawn", and "why is yawning addictive, even towards babies and some animals", but that's a different story.
Needing carbohydrates, I make and eat pasta all the friggin time. I make a giant batch of Pasta Sauce, that will last me 7 to 10 days, sometimes when i make a bunch, I even freeze a tupperware and then i can go for like 14-18 days on one batch...
I am a pro at pasta sauce making, and make it from scratch with fresh ingredients and not those pre-made jars of pasta sauce. (See photo from a few days ago) My Pasta sauces are damn good. Seriously... like restaurant quality good. I always add a ton of different veggies, onions, mushrooms, squash, roma tomaters, green peppers etc. the usual suspects garlic, olive oil, some herbs and spices. I add either some marinated and cooked chicken, or some ground turkey, or ground beef for protein. And I use 2 secret ingredients which are a secret! Well, this time I made a mistake. Instead of just grilling up a few asparagus spears on the side for 2 or 3 meals and being done with it, I decided to chop up the asparagus spears in 3 or 4 and tossing them all in the sauce. It came out great!
However, it's incredible how little asparagus it takes to stink up your pee. And now I'm really tired of weird asparagus smelling pee EVERY SINGLE TIME i pee. And being a runner, I hydrate, so I pee more than your average Joe the Plumber. I have about a weeks worth of sauce left, and I'm not sure how much longer I can handle this.
that's it for now.

Hold your nose while you pee...
Did you know that only 40% of the population has the gene that let's them smell the asparagus smell?
My question is, don't you get tired of eating the same thing over and over? Your plan makes good sense but I can see myself getting tired of the same pasta everyday and finding things I shouldn't be eating, to eat.
i don't eat it the same thing every single day. I just don't like to cook from scratch every day, so i like to make my sauces ahead of time so i have them. like i said, i often will freeze half of it, and sometimes switch to some other food for a while then defrost over 2 days in the fridge to go back to it.
because the sauce is very full of veggies and meat, i also switch it up and boil up some brown rice and just eat it with that. Or, mashed potatoes, or boiled potatoes if i have a lot of it. Again, it's just cooking more than 2 days worth that is appealing to me, as it's such an event to cook stuff up from scratch.
