With a giant 31.06 mile (50km) training run tomorrow morning at 5am, I passed on meeting for a run this morning, instead focusing on sleep and rest to try and shake this cold I've contracted.
Austin police confirmed that the body was found near the 1900 block of Barton Springs Road at Robert E. Lee. That's near the pedestrian bridge and where Barton Springs flows into Lady Bird Lake.
The investigation is focused around the water.
Barton Springs Road and Robert E. Lee for one block over Barton Creek is shut down in both directions.
Austin police planned to hold a media briefing to give more details about the investigation.
