I'm a prancer... and a good one.

Coach said:  "Good job!"
which actually meant I was prancing well.

Our workout today was rough for me. 
about a 8.5mile warmup, then these funky hill repeats where you overaccentuate your hill running motions.  Pretty much made us look like we were prancing up the hill.  At least that's what kept me laughing and smiling all the way up all 4 sets.  We also threw in two 800's and after a ridiculous 6:15'ish pace on the first one, i ran a more affordable 6:30 pace on the second.  Then a 3 mile run home on hilly roads.

Normally those paces would be fine, but this was my first speed work in three months, and I've been mostly going 9min/mile + on trails since then. 

It hurt, it burned, it took all my energy. But dammit, I pranced well!
