So it looks like slight chance for light rain this afternoon/early evening. 20%or so. Most would run scared, but like in Vegas, I'll bet on 80% chance of dry!
Then apparently there's a 60% chance of rain for tomorrow morning which clearly means... "well, we know rain is coming at some point but we have no idea when, so we would say 50/50 but since we know rain patterns will form, we will play it safe and say 60% so we can say 'I told you so' if and when it does rain."
Then it should rain Thursday afternoon and almost definitely the night into Friday and Friday day.
The good thing is, it should be close to 50degrees on Thursday AM so if it does rain, it'll be bearable on a run. Friday AM will suck for a runner... low 40's and very windy and rain. That don't sound like too much fun, but runners will run, regardless and then happily high five each other over the great run they had in whatever weather they had.

Really, i think it's just the local triathletes that should consider postponing their workouts, hop on their treadmills, their trainers, or maybe swim in their bathtubs instead. Afterall, getting wet or running into the wind never happens on triathlon race day. ; )
Your Friday night date night may sound like it's in jeopardy, but really, it's a blessing in disguise. As it may require an umbrella, that would be the perfect opportunity for a romantic evening where he holds the umbrella as you walk hand in hand, and also throws his coat on a rain puddle you would have had to step in while wearing your pretty shoes.

Look out Jim!
You should get a NOAA weather radio. They are awesome. Cuts the BS, just straight weather, all the time.
If you get one with weather alert and SAME it will alert you to the watches/warnings of your chosing.
was a lovely morning for a run this morning. Dunno what the fuss is about.
Weather geekery and donating to Haiti all in one http://www.gauchosoft.com/Software/Seasonality/
