The last two summers I averaged right around 75 miles per week.
13 weeks x 75 miles = 975 miles over +/- 145 hours.
I refuse to log any of my little 1-3 mile runs, but if I were to guesstimate, I think I sit at about 80 miles (INCLUDING two 6-mile runs) in about 11 hours and about 9 hours of aqua-running over the last 13 weeks.
That really sucks, and this is precisely why everyone of you should not hesitate to buy me a sympathy beer or three.
