4:35am wake up came early this morning, after getting to bed at 11:40pm due to a movie outing that evening.
Talladega Nights - Ballad of Ricky Bobby: I give is an A-, it's good for several belly aching laughs. Especially, Walker and Texas Ranger, his kids.
The workout today was a 3.45 hill workout with 1.4 warmup and cool down.
Check out the blue elevation readout on the hills
I shaved 2 mins on the return trip. It was weird, it felt like it was a much shorter run, and I guess it doesn't hurt that I sprinted (down) the last big hill, and all the way to the finish.
Went and soaked our legs at the springs after, but I can still tell you that my legs feel likes Jelly Tarzan (correct Swedish saying is "Gummi Tarsan") {gooh-me tah-shann}
I went to the Pakimart, and got me two Red Bulls to make it through the day. Oh yeah, 4 Cinnamon Toast Eggos, and 16 oz of Electrolyte mix will help me till lunch.

Wow! Cool/Painful but awesome!
I guess this is what I have to look forward to for 6 whole months. I must have been on drugs when I signed up to do the am trainings...
yes you were.
only 3 more weeks for me!
join us on Thursday.
we're videotaping our form.
you may want to ask if you can go, as they're planning on re-taping in a few months to see if you've improved.
You signed up for the marathon group but for AM workouts, Katie? You're nuts....gonna suck to drink beers at Aussies at 6am...
Mike- you forget that I was raised in Louisiana...we're just a bunch of functioning alcoholics. I can probably drink at 6am...if I stay up late enough.
Mike- I was taped by Carmen back in the spring, hopefully they do it again when we start on 9/2...
Ugh. I need to start running Stratford again. Now that's some serious masochism. Good stuff.
Sorry for the non-sequitur here, but I need more help!
Thanks for the html tip. I changed it, but now there's a mysterious space after the Austinist link. There doesn't appear to be any space between the code lines there. Any ideas about why it's there or, more importantly, how I can get rid of it? I'm so low tech and clueless about this stuff. Help? Thanks!
